The mission of the Student Diversity and Inclusion 办公室 (SDIO) is to ensure that the core 圣澳门金沙赌城线上游戏 value of Intentional Inclusion is visible and celebrated in the academic, professional, and social development of each student.

凯拉·坎波斯(她/她)
SDIO Program Coordinator
Kaila is a born and raised westside San Antonian. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts Multidisciplinary Studies in Psychology, 公共管理, Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Texas at 圣安东尼奥. 目前, she is attending the University of Incarnate Word, and graduating December 2022 with a Masters in Higher Education in Student Services.
She is a first-generation Latina who supports the identities of each individual. With this position she looks forward to bringing a new perspective and to the DEIB educational workshops. 作为所有人的倡导者, Kaila hopes to work closely in helping students explore and discover their identities with confidence and collaboration in serving underrepresented groups, 文化和个人.

While policies continue to be developed and refined, we are proud to have a Gender Neutral Housing Policy, a Transgender Inclusion Statement, and a Chosen Name policy to help provide a fair and equitable experience. The University also supports single-user, gender-neutral restrooms, which are available throughout campus.
